How does your billing work?
For one-time only service, payment is required at time of service, there will be no billing. Continuing service is billed monthly one month in advance. Initial cleaning fees and your first month service charges are due on your first visit. We bill monthly at the begging of each month. Payments can be made by credit card. There is a $25 fee for checks returned with insufficient funds and 1.5% interest.
How will you get into my yard?
We can not climb fences, so we will need a way in to service your yard. If you are not comfortable leaving your gate unlocked, you can provide us with the key (or combination) to your lock.
What is your Lockout/Dog Out Policy?
If we are unable to service your yard due to a locked gate or aggressive dog(s) in the yard your regular service fee will be incurred.
Why is it important to remove dog waste?
Dog waste is more than just a nuisance - it can pose a serious health hazard. A number of common parasites, including round worm, are transmitted via dog feces. When infected dog droppings are left on the ground, the eggs of the roundworms and other parasites can linger in the soil for years. As a result, anyone who comes in contact with the soil also comes in contact with the infected eggs.
